Elizabeth Rios-Carl, a fully licensed insurance agent for over 39 years, is managing partner of Benefit Solutions for Houghton Financial Partner’s group and health insurance department.

Elizabeth has specialized in employment benefits for 21 years and is known for the outstanding service she provides to her clients. As is evident with her longstanding relationship she maintains with her clients.

Elizabeth was awarded Insurance Woman of the Year in 2000. She has been a member of the Leading Producers Round Table Golden Eagle for the past 5 years. She is President of the El Paso Association of Health Underwriters and is Regional Director of the Serra Club of El Paso and Serra International. She is also a board member of the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and a member of PIWT (Professional Insurance Women of Texas).

Elizabeth was born and raised in El Paso. She holds licenses in Texas, New Mexico, California, Colorado and Oklahoma. She also maintains a Property and Casualty license and provides services to the Commercial market as well as Personal Lines.
